Affiliate Disclosure

How Buzz & Proof discloses affiliate links, free products, sponsorships, and other commercial relationships.

Buzz & Proof may use affiliate links in some consumer articles. If a reader buys something through an affiliate link, we may receive a commission without increasing the reader's price.

How disclosure works

When an article contains affiliate links or another material commercial relationship, a clear disclosure should appear close to the relevant recommendation or links—not only on this policy page. Labels should use direct language that readers can understand, such as “We may earn a commission if you buy through links in this article.”

Free or discounted products, sponsorships, paid placements, and other material brand relationships must also be disclosed when relevant. A relationship does not guarantee positive coverage.

Editorial independence

Payment rates do not determine our factual conclusions. Product claims still require sourcing, and products with insufficient evidence may be omitted even if a commercial relationship is available.

The current pre-launch site has not activated an affiliate program. This page establishes the policy that will apply if affiliate monetization is introduced.
